Everything they said on the website is true about this hair it does not matt up tangle or shed like other hair. This is Gabrielle, I'm attaching the (before and after) photos and here is my testimonial below: First, let me say, that I was exciting in purchasing the hair on www.myheavenlyhair.com. I was eagered, because I've been looking for a specific type of Indian hair for over a month’s time. Because I'm a student and live in a rural area of the south, I don't have the means to obtain hair of great texture and style that are located in major cities. So, I called My Heavenly Hair's main phone contact line, and Tim the owner answered, which shocked me, because how many corporations do this. Other hair companies may have audio services or script spoken customer service. He was very polite and answered every question I had. When the hair arrived on time two days after my purchase online, I questioned the hairs quality, It appeared to be dry looking, but all I had to do was call Tim again, and he told me exactly what I had to do to get the look I wanted. He told me that the hair was conditioned and washed; so that when I received it, the hair would be in its best condition to style. My stylist saw the hair, and immediately said that the hair was name brand and of excellent quality. So, far so good!!!! The hair looks wonderful and it matches my hair. The natural color doesn't contrast with my african american course hair and I'm satisfied. If you want hair that will make you feel great and beautiful, My Heavenly Hair will do it.
