Return and Exchange
At MyHeavenlyHair.com, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed with any closure and hair purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping & handling) within 15 days of the shipping date of your order. There is a minimum restocking fee of $30 on all hair merchandise. All returns must be in new condition, not worn or altered all seals must be intact with original package. All merchandise must have the original tag attached in original package. Otherwise, it will be returned to you, and you are responsible for all shipping charges.
Hair Products and others :
You may return your hair products within 15 days of shipping date. Transactions over the amount of $500.00 will not be honored as a refundable transaction it will be deemed as final no return under terms of this return policy, any used and opened hair products will not be accepted for a return or refunds. All other product transactions are deemed final no return except for the Trinity Hair product policy. Please allow up to 10 ten business days after product inspection has been cleared for funds to be credited back to your account.

Because our hair is virgin and comes from an actual person we deal with many different textures and patterns it becomes a little difficult to match each and every bundle pefectly and colors as well never the less we will allways do our best to match our hair perfectly as possible We will allways strive toward perfection and try to deliver the best product and results. All purchases are final if not returned as stated on our return policy.
2). My Heavenly Hair Co. Will not be responsible for advising our customers on their purchases on our website or any affiliates websites such as LENGHS, COLORS, TEXTURES , SIDE EFFECTS or MEDICAL CONDITIONS and any and all other claims or malfunctions in relation to our products.
